Mallika Dua is an actor and comedian who shot to popularity after appearing in the video Shit People Say: Sarojini Nagar Edition. She subsequently quit her job in Delhi and shifted to Mumbai to pursue a career in entertainment. Several characters she created on her Instagram account, such as Makeup Didi and Shagun Didi, grew wildly popular.

She has appeared as one of three mentors in the fifth season of the Great Indian Laughter Challenge, and acted in both seasons of the web series The Trip. She also appeared in the Bollywood films Namaste England and Zero.
