Jon Stewart fans, the wait is (almost) over! Yesterday, Apple TV+ announced in a new teaser video that The Problem with Jon Stewart will make its debut on 30 September on the streaming platform. The biweekly currents affairs show marks the TV icon’s first time hosting his own show since he left The Daily Show in 2015.

Each episode of the show will see Stewart dissect an issue of national importance, in a deep-dive that will seek to take “tangible steps that can lead to a solutionary path forward,” Apple said in a statement. Needless to say, the show will include “lots of jokes,” as well as serious interviews with those “impacted by the issue” and “those who have a hand in creating the impact.” It will also have a companion podcast.

The teaser takes place in a swanky dressing room, and depicts Stewart adorning a suit, picking out a crisp shirt and a fresh pair of socks to the sounds of Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic before freaking out when faced with himself in the mirror. “What the hell happened to my face?” cries the comedian, faux-shocked at his haggard appearance and questioning his return to a visual medium.

A short podcast teaser has been released too, in addition to this memorable sketch lampooning the billionaire space-race between Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk and Richard Branson which took place a month ago.
