Star voiceover actor Justin Roiland was dropped from the show’s original network Adult Swim (part of the Cartoon Network), following allegations of domestic violence. Roiland—who co-created the show alongside Dan Harmon—is currently awaiting trial on charges of felony domestic violence against a former partner in the US.

Earlier this week, Adult Swim clarified that the show will continue without Roiland.
