Kevin Hart and writer John Hamburg—who collaborated on 2018 hit Night School—are teaming up once again for Netflix’s new comedy film Me Time, and this time around they’ll be joined by Mark Wahlberg, reported Deadline. The duo will star opposite each other for the first time in the Netflix comedy, written and directed by Hamburg.

Produced by Hamburg’s company Particular Pictures alongside Hart and Bryan Smiley’s HartBeat Productions, the feature film will chronicle the life of a stay-at-home father who finally gets some “me time” for the first time in years when his family is away. His life takes a wild turn when he gets in touch with his long-lost best friend (played by Wahlberg) and things quickly get out of hand.

The movie is part of Hart and his production banner’s deal with the streaming giant to deliver four feature films which kickstarted with his June release Fatherhood. As for Wahlberg, he’ll be returning to the streaming service since his successful 2020 release titled Spencer Confidential.

No release date for the film has been announced yet but we can’t wait to see what the two Hollywood stars have in store for us!
