A few days after winding up his tour of UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, Samay Raina has made an announcement that has piqued his Indian fans’ excitement. The comedian is all set to tour the country for the first time since the India’s Got Latent controversy with his latest hour Still Alive & Unfiltered. His seven-city tour will kick off on 15 August in Bengaluru followed by shows in Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune and Delhi.

Clearly his fans were starved for Raina’s humour because he has managed to sell close to 40,000 tickets in an hour, selling out shows in Pune, Hyderabad and Delhi. The comedian is announcing more shows to make sure nobody misses out on the action. Raina has managed to sell out the NSCI Dome three times over with a fourth show filling fast.
