Vir Das’ tryst with the International Emmys continues as he takes on hosting responsibilities for this year’s ceremony, the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences announced today. The award ceremony will take place on 25 November in New York City.

Das’ special Vir Das: For India was nominated in the comedy category in 2021. He went on to win the award in the comedy category last year for his Netflix special Vir Das: Landing.

The comedian is all set to record his latest special The Dome, NSCI on 19 October.
