One of our favourite segments on Abish Mathew’s talk show Son Of Abish—which returned for its seventh season in a new, socially distanced format last month—is the end. No, we’re not being assholes; his closing link Picks (as in guitar picks, geddit?) features performances by indie musicians, introducing a comedy-wild audience to some of the freshest tunes in Indian indie. This season (shot entirely from home, and available to watch on Mathews’ YouTube channel) has already featured stellar performances by Tejas, Cryosis, Siddharth Gupta, Hanumankind, and The GAP.
