Netflix’s 11-day comedy festival—Netflix Is A Joke: The Festival—featured 250 shows by some of the biggest names in comedy (including our very own Vir Das!) across 30 venues in Los Angeles, California. Held between 28 April and 8 May, the festival featured curated sets by comedy legends, interviews with David Letterman, Seth Rogan table reads, Netflix shows IRL, sit-downs with the likes of Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, and just in case that weren’t enough, yes, there was also mini-golf. 

Like us, you may be having major FOMO about not being in attendance for what was arguably the biggest live comedy festival since the pandemic! The good news is that Netflix taped many of the sets, and the streaming platform will be releasing this absolute treasure trove of comedy specials over the course of May and June.

Without further ado, here are all the comedy specials from Netflix Is A Joke: The Festival that will release this summer:

THE HALL: HONORING THE GREATS OF STANDUP (19 May)

Featuring: Chelsea Handler, John Mulaney, Dave Chappelle and Jon Stewart honour Joan Rivers, Robin Williams, Richard Pryor and George Carlin, respectively.

BILL BURR PRESENTS: FRIENDS WHO KILL (6 June)

Featuring: Bill Burr, Ronny Chieng, Jimmy Carr, Josh Adam Meyers, Jessica Kirson, Ian Edwards, Dean Delray, Steph Tolev and Joe Bartnick.

THAT’S MY TIME WITH DAVID LETTERMAN (7 and 12 June)
