Anubhav Singh Bassi—the man with over 2 million YouTube subscribers, 110 million views and all of our hearts—is back with a new standup video and we couldn’t be more excited. Titled Roommate, the 23 minute video features the comic in top form as he takes a trip down memory lane and relives a normal college day that takes a dramatic turn when his friend’s father lands up unannounced.

The problem was that the two boys from Meerut—Bassi and his friend Sam—lived in a dingy hostel room and led the ideal college life of smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol and doing everything but studying.

Bassi’s storytelling magic sets the mood, as Sam’s father turns up unannounced while his son is busy in the bathroom hurling abuses at everything that comes in his line of sight and mind, including his father. All Bassi wants to see is his friend get beaten up because… well, what else are friends for? Does he get what he wants?
