Another year on Twitter—sorry, X—and somehow the platform is still standing, despite Elon Must trying to speedrun its collapse and Threads making valiant efforts to take over. In 2025 alone, we survived sudden algorithm shake-ups, random changes to the For You tab, impulsive policy announcements, and whatever that brief era was where replies felt like a sponsored battleground. And yet… we stayed.
