Is there anything Varun Grover can’t do? The comedian, lyricist, and scriptwriter is back in the news, this time for his exploits as an author. Grover announced on Twitter yesterday that two of his books, both published by the Ektara trust, have made it to Tata Trusts’ annual Parag Honour List 2020. The books are Biksu, a Hindi graphic novel illustrated by Raj Kumari that Grover co-wrote, and his short story collection Paper Chor.

The Parag Honour List 2020 is a curated collection of outstanding books in English and Hindi for children and young adults by Parag Initiative of Tata Trusts. The list aims to promote access to a comprehensive, curated list of good quality children’s literature that librarians, teachers, parents, and children can refer to and read.
